Return & Exchange Policy
We do not honor refunds. However, we accept returns and exchanges for the following reason:
  • Wrong size
  • Production defect

Return & Exchange Process
  • To be eligible for a one time exchange, the item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it; together with pouch and box. 
  • Requests may be made within 3 days after you have received your purchase. If 3 days has passed, unfortunately we cannot grant your request anymore.
  • Kindly wait for our email confirmation before sending the item back to us. Once return is authorized, you must send the item back to us the follow business day.
Return & Exchange Shipping
