Return & Exchange Policy
We do not honor refunds. However, we accept returns and exchanges for the following reason:
- Wrong size
- Production defect
Return & Exchange Process
To request for a return, please email us at order.milli@gmail.com with the following:

- To be eligible for a one time exchange, the item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it; together with pouch and box.
- Requests may be made within 3 days after you have received your purchase. If 3 days has passed, unfortunately we cannot grant your request anymore.
- Kindly wait for our email confirmation before sending the item back to us. Once return is authorized, you must send the item back to us the follow business day.
- You have the complete responsibility of tracking and paying the shipping costs for your returned items.
- Roundtrip shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.
