Returns & Exchanges


We do not honor refunds. However, all returned items may be exchanged once to another item, given that the reason is valid. Please note that this is still subject to approval.

Returns
  • Return requests may be made within 3 days after you have received your purchase. If 3 days has passed, unfortunately we cannot grant your request anymore.
  • Kindly wait for our return confirmation email before sending the item back to us.
  • Once return is authorized, you have the complete responsibility of tracking and paying the shipping costs for your returned items. 
  • Roundtrip shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.
  • Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Exchanges
  • To be eligible for a one time exchange, the item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it; together with pouch and box. 
  • Please inform us with your concerns as soon as you receive the item.
  • Not all exchange requests will be granted.
