Return & Exchange Process

To be eligible for a one time exchange, the item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it; together with pouch and box.
Requests may be made within 3 days after you have received your purchase. If 3 days has passed, unfortunately we cannot grant your request anymore.
Kindly wait for our email confirmation before sending the item back to us. Once return is authorized, you must send the item back to us the follow business day.

Return & Exchange Shipping

You have the complete responsibility of tracking and paying the shipping costs for your returned items.
