We accept returns if it meets the eligibility criteria. All returns are refunded via store credit.

- Item(s) must be unused and undamaged. When fitting your shoes, kindly try it on a clean surface to avoid scratching or damaging the soles.
- Item(s) must be returned in the original condition that you received it, together with the packaging (pouch and shoe box).
- Item(s) were not purchased with a discount of 25% or more; Item(s) labeled as FINAL SALE. These sales are considered final and cannot be returned nor exchanged.
- Returns must be made within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Once 7 days has passed, unfortunately we cannot grant your request anymore.
- Request a return & exchange via email. Click here for more details. We do not process requests via our social media channels (Instagram/Facebook).
- Kindly wait for our email confirmation before sending the item back to us. Once return is authorized, you must send the item back to us the following business day.
- You have the complete responsibility of tracking and paying the shipping costs for your returned item(s).
- Price of returned item(s) excluding shipping fee will be refunded via store credit once we have received the returned item(s).
