Most of our styles fit true to size, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
If you have narrow to regular feet, we recommend getting your usual size.
If you have wider feet or are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Provincial: 5–7 business days from shipping date

Return and Exchange
We accept returns if they meet our eligibility criteria. All approved returns will be refunded via store credit.
To be eligible for a return:
-Item(s) must be unused and undamaged. When fitting your shoes, kindly try it on a clean surface to avoid scratching or damaging the soles.
-Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, together with the original packaging.
-Item(s) purchased at 25% or more, as well as items marked FINAL SALE are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
-Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date your order was delivered. Requests made beyond the 7-day period can no longer be accommodated.
-Once a return request has been approved the item(s) must be shipped back within 3 days and a valid tracking number must be provided. Otherwise, the return request can no longer be accommodated.

Important Notes
- We do not process requests via our social media channels such as Instagram or Facebook.
- Kindly wait for our email confirmation before sending the item back to us. Once return is authorized, the item must be shipped back to us within 3 days with a valid tracking number must be provided.
- Customers are responsible for tracking and covering the shipping costs of returned item(s).
- The price of the returned item(s) excluding shipping fees, will be refunded via store credit once we have received the returned item(s) and inspected.
