For narrow, regular and wide feet: get your usual size
For half size: get one size up

Use a ruler to measure your foot from the back of your heel to the tip of your big toe and follow the measurement in CM provided below. Most of our designs fit true to size. If you have narrow to regular feet, we recommend getting your usual size. However, for half sizes and wide feet, we suggest going a size up.

We accept returns if it meets the eligibility criteria. All returns are refunded via store credit.

    Eligibility Criteria

    To be eligible for a return:
    1. Item(s) must be unused and undamaged. When fitting your shoes, kindly try it on a clean surface to avoid scratching or damaging the soles.
    2. Item(s) must be returned in the original condition that you received it, together with the packaging (pouch and shoe box).
    3. Item(s) were not purchased with a discount of 25% or more; Item(s) labeled as FINAL SALE. These sales are considered final and cannot be returned nor exchanged.
    4. Returns must be made within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Once 7 days has passed, unfortunately we cannot grant your request anymore.
      Return & Exchange Process

      1. Request a return & exchange via email. Click here for more details. We do not process requests via our social media channels (Instagram/Facebook).
      2. Kindly wait for our email confirmation before sending the item back to us. Once return is authorized, you must send the item back to us the following business day. 
      3. You have the complete responsibility of tracking and paying the shipping costs for your returned item(s). 
      4. Price of returned item(s) excluding shipping fee will be refunded via store credit once we have received the returned item(s).
