Use a ruler to measure your foot from the back of your heel to the tip of your big toe and follow the measurement in CM provided below. Most of our designs have a narrow to regular fit, we recommend getting your usual size. However, for half sizes and wide feet, we suggest going a size up unless stated otherwise.

We accept returns if it meets the eligibility criteria. All returns are refunded via store credit.
To be eligible for a one time exchange:
Item(s) must be unused and undamaged. When fitting your shoes, kindly try it on a clean surface to avoid damaging the soles.
Item(s) must be returned in the original condition that you received it, together with the packaging (pouch and shoe box).
Item(s) were not purchased with a discount or labeled as sale items. These sales are considered final and cannot be returned.
Requests must be made within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Once 7 days has passed, unfortunately we cannot grant your request anymore.
